Wow, I suck. Or should I say, “Cardinals/Eagles NFC Championship…in Arizona? Ummm…really???? Who saw that one coming?” Either way, I went 1-and-3 over the weekend and basically gave an “A-Rod-batting-in-the-clutch” performance with my NFL picks. If we count my unofficial predictions from the Wildcard, I’m 1-7 in the playoffs. That’s ugly, so let’s forget about how bad of a sports psychic I am and look back at the games from Saturday and Sunday. In honor of the recent Golden Globes, we’re going to do our NFL Divisional round recap with a celebrity twist.

0-4. That’s how well I would've done if I had made picks for last week’s Wildcard games. Atlanta’s offense looked more balanced than Arizona’s; betting against Peyton Manning seemed about as smart as asking Lindsay Lohan to baby sit your kids; the Eagles were due to get run over by Adrian Peterson; and Miami over Baltimore…well, I’m a Dolphins fan, so let’s chalk that one up to blind, foolish love.

So, what would any sensible human do after putting up a fat donut over Wildcard Weekend? Make picks for the Divisional round and post them publicly, of course.
