Adiós: Top 5 Scorecard StoriesPOSTED August, 31 2009 ![]() As the old cliché goes, “all good things must come to an end.” Unfortunately, that saying includes blogs that use old clichés. Yup, today Scorecard officially says adiós after close to a year of existence. Along with farewell, I’d also like to give a big “thank you” to a bunch of different folks. Thanks to the readers, the people who left comments (shout-out to the guy with the Kobe obsession…you know who you are), the websites that served as invaluable resources (deadspin.com, espn.com, google, etc.), my editor Jesus, and Sí TV for giving me the opportunity to write about sports five days a week. Finally, thanks to Latino athletes, from the good (Albert Pujols, Oscar De La Hoya, Melo) to the not so good (the steroid users, Canseco), you represent all of us and make sports worth watching. To wrap things up, here’s a look at the top five stories from the Scorecard era. Adiós, and thanks again to everyone.

It's a shame that people like you don't get to continue what you do so well, yet Kobe, who dunks balls against people's will, if you catch my drift, roams the court a free... agent.
