Just Because Gift Guide

Sure it's great to get flowers for Valentine's Day, jewelry on your birthday, and an extravagant gift for the holidays, but honestly, I have to say that some of the best gifts I have ever gotten from a guy have been random.

When there's a holiday, you kind of expect to get a gift (and if you don't, then you're upset about it), but when there's absolutely no other reason for a guy to give you a little surprise other than the fact that he was thinking of you, then it just seems so much more special.

So I want to stress the importance of "Just Because" gifts. Guys, Ladies...it's good to let your special someone know that you care and surprises are the best.

That doesn't mean you have to get a typical gift either. In fact, why not get a gift that the both of you can enjoy? Chocolates? Concert tickets? Couples massage? Below are some of the ideas I came up with. Have fun!

Whenever I need a good gift idea, I check out www.redenvelope.com because they always seem to get it right. On the sight, there were great basket ideas to go with a bottle of wine. Since we're in a recession, how about skip the wine tour and snuggle up at home with some vino and snacks? Maybe have a little picnic? 

Intimate Toys: We-Vibe

The problem with intimate toys is that they're usually made to please just one person, but now that issue is solved with We-Vibe. It's small, conforms to a woman's shape, and is used during the act of love making. Plus, it's hands-free, strap-free, rechargable, waterproof, and phthalate-free (so it's safer to use).

Target.com Couples Gift Suggestion

When all else fails...you can always hop onto Target.com and let them help you choose a gift. It's a great system because you type in your price point and what "type" of couple you are. Then it comes up with a list of suggestions. For instance, if you're an "adventurous couple" it'll bring up a list of fun items to go camping or hiking. It's a brilliant idea actually.
